We have been in the TOMOS moped business since 1999. Return policy: Any OEM parts that are found to be defective, will of course be returned, at no cost to the customer. There is no return on electrical or electronic parts, this is industry standard. Any "aftermarket" or "performance" parts carry only the manufacturer's warranty. These may require some "fitting" to install, and this is normal. These parts will also be returned, subject to a %20 restocking charge, if found to be "defective". We reserve the right to request the return of any defective parts, although we may decide that a digital photograph will suffice. |
